Our Honey

Small-batch. Honestly made. Rooted in place.

Every jar from Dhillon Bee Company is single-origin, raw, and tended by hand — from the Fraser Valley to the mustard fields of Punjab.

Five apiaries. Five distinct honeys.

We don't blend. We don't dilute. Each honey we make comes from one apiary, one landscape, one season. The wildflowers of Port Kells taste different from the clover fields of Cloverdale. The towering conifers of South Surrey produce something darker and rarer still. And nothing in Canada tastes like what comes out of the mustard fields of Punjab.

Coming Fall 2027

Cloverdale, Surrey, British Columbia

Cloverdale Clover Honey

One of the most beloved honeys in the world — and we're making it the right way. Our Cloverdale apiary is dedicated entirely to clover, foraging the clover-rich fields of this historic farming community. Clean, mild, and beautifully balanced. Our bees are wintering now; first harvest summer 2027, bottles fall 2027.

Light gold · Mild and clean · Classic clover sweetness

Available fall 2027

South Surrey Forest Honey
Coming Fall 2027

South Surrey, British Columbia

South Surrey Forest Honey

Something genuinely rare. Our South Surrey apiary sits in a forested area where our bees forage Douglas Fir, Western Red Cedar, and Western Hemlock — the towering conifers of the Pacific Northwest. The result is a dark, complex forest honey unlike anything else we make. Our bees are wintering now; first harvest summer 2027, bottles fall 2027.

Dark amber · Complex and resinous · Pacific Northwest forest

Sarson Honey
Coming April 2027

Village Khalefewala, District Patiala, Punjab, India

Sarson Honey

From the golden mustard fields of Village Khalefewala, District Patiala — produced using our Canadian beekeeping technique, tested and proven through the brutal Indian summer. We bought two hives from a local beekeeper and put our skills to the test. India welcomed us. Our bees survived. This honey will taste different. It carries the warmth of Punjab and the craft of the Fraser Valley.

Golden · Floral and bold · Mustard blossom from Punjab

Available April 2027 in Village Khalefewala, Punjab

How we do it

Raw. Single-origin. No shortcuts.

Single-origin

Every jar comes from one apiary. We never blend honeys from different locations. What you taste is exactly where the bees were.

Raw and unfiltered

We don't heat-treat or over-filter our honey. It goes from the hive to the jar with minimal processing, preserving every enzyme, pollen grain, and flavour note.

Tended by hand

This is a father-and-son operation. Every hive is inspected, every frame pulled, every jar filled by the Dhillon family. That will never change.
